What materials are your backdrops made of?

How do I remove wrinkles from my backdrop?
Since our backdrops are fabric-based, most wrinkles will disappear after hanging. For persistent creases, you can use a steam iron on a low-temperature setting or toss the backdrop in a dryer with a damp cloth for a few minutes.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days, while expedited shipping options can arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that custom-sized orders may require an additional 2-3 days for production.
Can I request a custom design or size?
Yes! We offer custom printing services. You can upload your own high-resolution image or request specific dimensions through our Custom Order page to create a unique backdrop for your studio or home.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-printed backdrops are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Are the backdrops machine washable?
Yes, our microfiber backdrops are fully machine washable. We recommend using a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
